Vikings to Sign 2-Time Pro Bowler Guard Alex Boone
The Vikings in advance of free agency have agreed to terms with 28-year old left guard Alex Boone. Boone played all 6 of his seasons with the San Francisco 49ers. He started 13 games last season with the 49ers before he sustained a knee injury.
Terms of the deal for Boone have not been disclosed. The Vikings had $35 Million available in free agency. NFL free agency begins at 3pm today.
