Twins to Sign Castro

The Twins agreed to sign free agent 29-year old catcher Jason Castro to a 3-year contract worth $25 Million according to multiple reports.

Castro hit just .211 last season with 11 home runs while playing with the Houston Astros. The left handed hitter is considered a solid defensive catcher.

John Ryan Murphy and Mitch Garver are the two other catchers on the Twins 40-man roster.
