The Timberwolves posted a 116-112 win over the Toronto Raptors in Toronto Sunday night. Towns has played just 7 games this season due to injury and time spent on the Covid-19 list.

The Wolves are 7-20 on the season and 5.5 games out of the tenth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

The Minnesota Timberwolves dropped their fourth straight game when they visited the Charlotte Hornets on Friday.

Karl-Anthony Towns returned to the team after missing nearly a month with COVID-19 and clearly gave the team a spark out of the gates. After allowing 43 first-quarter points to the Thunder and Mavericks in consecutive games, the Wolves allowed just 47 for the entire first half against Los Angeles.
