The Philadelphia 76ers beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 117-95 in a blowout Wednesday night at Wells Fargo Center. The Wolves are now 1-3 on the season.

Wolves forward Karl-Anthony Towns and 76ers big man Joel Embiid were both ejected from the game in the third quarter after a quarrel sent them both to the floor. Embiid still led Philadelphia with 19 points despite the early exit, while Andrew Wiggins led Minnesota with 19 points on 16 shots.

The Timberwolves will play at Washington Saturday night. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. on WJON.
