The Minnesota Timberwolves beat the San Antonio Spurs 129-114 Wednesday night at Target Center. The Wolves are now 7-4 on the season.

Wolves forward Andrew Wiggins continued his season-opening tear with 30 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, while Karl-Anthony Towns added 28 points and 11 rebounds.

The Timberwolves remain home Friday night when they host the Washington Wizards in Minneapolis. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. on WJON.
