Wild Extend Niederreiter
The Minnesota Wild have signed wing Nino Niederreiter to a 5-year $26.25 Million contract. Niederreiter filed for arbitration earlier this month and had a hearing scheduled for Thursday.
Niederreiter had a career high 25 goals with 32 assists while playing all 82 games for the Wild last season. Nino is 24 years old.
The Wild are reportedly working on a contract extension with forward Mikael Granlund.
