The Twins have won 5 straight games after beating Cleveland 6-4 at Cleveland Monday night to begin a 3-game series.  Matt Tolbert went 2-4 with a run scored and 2 RBIs, Michael Cuddyer went 2-4 with 2 runs scored and Delmon Young went 2-4 with a run scored and 1 RBI for the Twins.  Scott Baker threw 7 innings with 9 hits and 3 earned runs allowed to get the win for Minnesota.  The Twins are 22-37 and are 11 1/2 games back of Cleveland for first place in the American League Central.  Minnesota will play at Cleveland again tonight at 6:05, pregame on WJON at 5:35.  Lefthander Francisco Liriano (3-5) gets the start on the mound for the Twins and righthander Carlos Carrasco (4-3) toes the rubber for the Indians.
