Seattle Holds Off Vikings’ Late Rally
The Seattle Seahawks beat the Minnesota Vikings 37-30 Monday night in Seattle. The loss drops Minnesota to 8-4 on the season, one game behind Green Bay in the NFC North and one game ahead of the Rams in the NFC Wild Card race.
The Vikings led 17-10 at the half thanks to a Dalvin Cook rushing touchdown and Anthony Harris' interception returned for a touchdown. However, the Seahawks rattled off 24 straight points to take a 34-17 lead early in the fourth quarter.
Minnesota made it close on a 58 yard Laquon Treadwell touchdown and a Kyle Rudolph touchdown, but ultimately came up a few points short.
The Vikings will host the Detroit Lions Sunday at US Bank Stadium. Kickoff is set for noon at US Bank Stadium.
