The Alexandria Cardinals topped the Rocori Spartans baseball team 4-3 Thursday night at Knute Nelson Memorial Ballpark. The Spartans fall to 7-6 overall with the loss.

Elsewhere, Cathedral topped Zimmerman 4-1 Thursday night. Will Kranz hit a home run for the Crusaders, while Brandon Hartung pitched a complete game to earn the win for CHS.
