Gopher Basketball Adds Juco Power Forward

The Gopher men's basketball team received a verbal commitment from 6'7 235 p0und Andre Ingram from Butler Community College in Kansas.  Ingram made an official visit to Minnesota this weekend and he takes the scholarship that was held by Colton Iverson who decided to leave the University with one year of eligibility remaining.  Ingram joins juco point guard Julian Welch of Yuba CC in California and shooting guards Andre Hollins (Memphis, Tennessee) and Joe Coleman (Hopkins) to comprise the 2011 recruiting class.  Both Ingram and Welch have 2 years of college eligibility remaining.
