The Minnesota Vikings beat the Dallas Cowboys 28-24 Sunday night in Arlington, Texas. The Vikings' record improves to 7-3 with the win, while the Cowboys fall to 5-4.

Minnesota jumped out to an early 14-point lead in the first half, then saw the Cowboys tie the game on a pair of long touchdown drives. However, the Vikings would add a field goal from Dan Bailey late in the 2nd quarter for a 17-14 lead at the half.

Bailey hit another field goal early in the third quarter before Dallas added another touchdown to take their first lead with 7:01 left in the quarter. Minnesota answered with a Dalvin Cook touchdown, which would prove to be the game-winning score, with just two seconds left in the third.

The Vikings were led by running back Dalvin Cook, who rushed 26 times for 97 yards and a touchdown while also pulling in seven passes for 86 yards. Quarterback Kirk Cousins completed 22/32 passes for 220 yards and two touchdowns.

The Vikings will host the Denver Broncos Sunday at US Bank Stadium. Kickoff is set for noon on WJON.
