ST. CLOUD - Jack Moro broke the career interceptions record as the St. Cloud State University Huskies steamrolled Northern State University 64-7 yesterday.

Moro entered the game with 19 career interceptions, tied with Dan Neubauer. He broke the record with an interception in the third quarter. Moro would add another interception for a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

The Huskies finished with a grand total of 425 yards of offense. Quarterback Phillip Klaphake completed 22 of 30 passes for 293 yards and five touchdowns.

Senior running back Michael Walker had two touchdown runs in the action.

The Huskies improve to 7-1 overall on the season. They go on the road next week to take on Bemidji State.
