The #9 ranked St. Cloud State University volleyball team picked up a handful of honors from the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Thursday afternoon when the conference handed out its annual awards.

Head coach Chad Braegelmann was named the conference's coach of the year after leading SCSU to a 21-5 record to this point in the season. Braegelmann is the first Huskies volleyball coach to win the award in the NSIC era.

SCSU's Clara Krenz took home the award for the NSIC's top libero, while also being named First Team- All Conference. Joining Krenz on the All Conference team were Linsey Rachel (First Team) and Maddy Torve (Second Team).

The Huskies will wrap up the regular season this weekend with matches in Winona Friday and at Upper Iowa Saturday.
