Viking Stadium Options Become Fewer

Hennepin County Chairman Mike Opat says Hennepin County will not pursue an agreement with the Vikings to become the local partner the Vikings are in need of finding.  The elimination of Hennepin County leaves Ramsey County and the city of Minneapolis as the two possibilities.  If Ramsey County is the local partner the stadium would be built on the former munitions plant in Arden Hills.  If Minneapolis is chosen the stadium would likely be built on the Metrodome site.
