SCSU’s Rothstein Gets NSIC Honor

St. Cloud State forward Theo Rothstein is the NSIC men's basketball player of the week.  He averaged 22 points and 7.5 rebounds in 2 St. Cloud State wins in Lakeland, Florida this past weekend.  Rothstein scored 21 points in SCSU's 91-89 win over Florida Southern Friday before scoring a career high 23 points against St. Joseph's (Indiana) Saturday.

Rothstein had the assist on the game-winning 3-point basket for Kevin Levandowski Friday in the win over Florida Southern.  St. Cloud State is 3-0 this season and will host Minnesota-Duluth in their NSIC opener at 4pm Saturday.  The SCSU women's basketball team will host MN-Duluth at 2pm Saturday.
