The Gopher men's basketball team coughed up a 15-point first half lead and lost 75-74 in overtime at Williams Arena last night to Michigan State.  Minnesota led by 13 at halftime.

Nate Mason missed an off balance fade away at the buzzer of overtime to allow Michigan State to get the win.  Mason led the Gophers with 18 points, Amir Coffey had 17 and Jordan Murphy had 12 points and 21 rebounds.  Nick Ward had 22 points for Michigan State.

The Gopher are 12-2 overall and 0-1 in the Big Ten.  Minnesota will play at #15 Purdue Sunday.
