There are a lot of 'secrets' that aren't often shared, that is why they are secrets. We all seem to have at least one 'secret' place that we keep to ourselves. It might be a coffee shop, perhaps a seasonal produce stand, or it could be an Asian Fusion restaurant somewhat hidden behind a gas station in Big Lake. Have you ever heard of Cambo Flare?

I stumbled across this restaurant while getting gas, otherwise I don't think I would have even noticed it as I drove down Highway 10, through Big Lake.

The Asian Fusion restaurant, Cambo Flare, started off as a food truck and now has transformed into a real brick-and-mortar restaurant with dine-in, take-out, and curbside pickup options.

According to the Cambo Flare website:

With a decade of experience in serving the most phenomenal food at Minnesota's top music festivals, Cambo Flare is here to tantalize your taste buds with fresh and delightful dishes. From specialty drinks like boba tea, and coffee to soups, (occasionally )curry, marinated steak, quality seafood, and stir-fries - we have it all. Our menu features an exciting twist on classic festival favorites and offers options for vegans, gluten-free eaters, meat lovers, and health enthusiasts - everyone is welcome!

The restaurant has wontons, 'SKOL' rolls, Asian inspired pork tacos, to be honest they all look so good. My weekend plans are to check it out and see if it lives up to its online ratings.
