Vikings’ Kevin Williams Injures Foot

The Vikings are concerned about the right foot of defensive tackle Kevin Williams.  Williams saw a foot specialist Monday and head coach Leslie Frazier will update the media today.  The Vikings placed right guard Scott Kooistra on injured reserve ending his season because of a neck injury.  The Vikings welcomed receiver Percy Harvin and tight end Visanthe Shiancoe back to practice.  Both players missed the game at Seattle and Shiancoe hasn't played a preseason game yet this season.

Running back Toby Gerhart missed practice Monday with a sore right ankle and linebacker Ross Homan (concussion) missed practice Monday and will likely miss Saturday's game against Dallas.  Cornerback Asher Allen (toe), cornerback Simeon Castille (hamstring) and fullback Matt Asiata (hip) all missed practice Monday.

Linebacker Heath Farwell, defensive end D'Aundre Reed and receiver Greg Camarillo returned to practice Monday.  The Vikings host Dallas at 7pm Saturday, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:00.
