Sauk Rapids native Anthony Bemboom has been informed he's made the Baltimore Orioles opening day roster. The 32-year old broke into the Major Leagues at the age of 29 with the Tampa Bay Rays before seeing time with the Los Angeles Angels in 2019-2021.

The Twins lost 6-3 Wednesday night in the final game of their 3-game series at Baltimore. Star Tribune Sports Columnist Jim Souhan joined me on WJON today. The Twins won 2-1 in Fort Myers, Florida against Baltimore Sunday afternoon. Joe Mauer and Eduardo Escobar each had an RBI double for the Twins. Ervin Santana threw 2 shutout innings with 2 hits allowed and 3 strikeouts to get the win.
