The Cathedral baseball team earned a dramatic win over Pierz on Wednesday. Playing on the road, Cathedral's Jack Hamak singled home Matt Primus in the top of the seventh inning the give the Crusaders the lead.

Henry Schloe had a pair of hits and threw three scoreless innings to earn the win on the mound. Cathedral improves to 10-0 on the season with the win.
