Bringing your family to a Minnesota Wild game will cost an average of nearly $1,000, making Grand Casino Arena one of the most expensive outings in the NHL.

Canada Sports Betting dug through the numbers and ranked each NHL team's affordability for the upcoming season. The Minnesota Wild finished as the sixth-most expensive team to cheer on in person this year.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GO TO A MINNESOTA WILD GAME

Four tickets to a Wild game will run a family an average of $896.04, with the total outing expected to cost $981.95. That total is over $215 more than the league average of $766.20.

In addition to the nearly $900 tickets, the study also noted the cost of food and drinks. Based on two beers ($22.02), two pops ($14.28) and four hot dogs ($27.11), the food and drink category adds about $63 to the game-day total.

Canada Sports Betting also tacked on an average parking price of $22.50 to reach the total of $981.95. This total of course does not include gas or souvenirs (I went to a game a couple of years ago and a souvenir puck was $25, so they ain't cheap).

MOST EXPENSIVE NHL ARENAS

The most expensive NHL arena for families is Montreal's Bell Centre, which will cost a family of four an average of $1,134.56, while the cheapest is Ottawa's Canadian Tire Centre at $516.50.
