The St. John's University football team closed out the regular season with a win at home over Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

The Johnnies shut out the Fightin' Engineers in the first two quarters of the game while putting up 26 points for themselves.

The shutout continued in the third quarter as SJU extended their lead to 47-0. Rose-Hulman got on the board with two touchdowns in the fourth, but it was not enough to stop St. John's who won it 47-14.

Jackson Erdman completed 17 of 32 for 308 yards and five touchdowns. Henry Trost had six carries for 41 yards and the team's only rushing touchdown. He also recorded two catches for 29 yards and a receiving touchdown.

T.J. Hodge had six catches for 62 yards and two touchdowns. Matt Mohr caught three for 108 yards and a touchdown, and Ravi Alson added one catch for 18 yards and a touchdown.

The Johnnies improve to 9-1 and 7-1 MIAC. The NCAA Division III Tournament will kick off on Saturday.
