Popular Sartell Restaurant Changes Mind On Rebrand After Customer Feedback

A popular Sartell Mexican restaurant is changing course on a major rebrand after listening to feedback from its customers.

Anejo's Mexican Restaurant on Pine Cone Road announced its last day on May 31st after 12 years in business. The restaurant's intention was to close and reopen with a 'much different concept and lot of new faces.' On Facebook, ownership said the new name would be 'Los Sanchez.'

However, Anejo's took to Facebook on Thursday afternoon with a surprising announcement: they would be keeping the restaurant's original name while still promising a 'beautifully refreshed restaurant, exciting new seafood dishes, handcrafted cocktails, live music on weekends, and unforgettable celebrations.'
