The St. John's University football team scored a last second touchdown to beat Bethel and win the MIAC Championship in Arden Hills. The Gopher men's hockey and basketball teams, Granite City Lumberjacks, Minnesota Wild, and NDSU football team also came out of their Saturday matchups on top. The SCSU men's hockey team, Golden Gopher football team, St. Cloud Norsemen, and Minnesota Timberwolves were not so lucky. Meanwhile the Gopher men's and women's basketball teams are looking to build on their momentum heading into Sunday's games, and the Minnesota Vikings will travel to Los Angeles to face the Chargers in what might just be a do or die matchup.
The St. John's football team remained undefeated, the Gopher and Husky men's hockey teams, and the Minnesota wild all came out on top, but the NDSU and University of Minnesota football teams saw their streaks come to an end and the St. Cloud Norsemen came up just short in Austin. Meanwhile, the Minnesota Vikings will look to rebound from a disappointing loss to Dallas and salvage their season with a road game against the Ravens.

The Viking suffered a tough 20-16 home loss to the Dallas Cowboys Sunday night. Dallas played without starting quarterback Dak Prescott but Cooper Rush making his first NFL start threw for 325 yards and 2 touchdowns including the game-winner to Amari Cooper with just :51 seconds left.
The Vikings improved to 3-3 Sunday with a 34-28 win at Carolina against the Panthers. Kirk Cousins connected with K.J. Osborn for the game-winning touchdown in overtime.
