Braves Acquire D-Backs OF Justin Upton In Trade

The Atlanta Braves have acquired Justin Upton in a trade with the Arizona Diamondbacks Thursday, according to ESPN.com.

Upton was packaged with third baseman Chris Johnson in exchange for Randall Delgado, Martin Prado, Nick Ahmed, Brandon Drury and Zeke Spruil.

The Diamondbacks had previously agreed to ship the 25-year-old Upton to Seattle, but the trade was vetoed by the young slugger.
