River Bats Beat Thunder Bay To Win 3rd Straight
The St. Cloud River Bats defeated Thunder Bay 5-2 Sunday night to win their 3rd straight game. St. Cloud scored 3 runs in the 4th inning and were led at the plate by Andy Henkemeyer going 2-3 with a run scored and Mitch Garver had a 2-run single.
Jon Richard threw 5 innings with 8 hits and 2 earned runs allowed to get the win and Alex Caravella threw a scoreless 9th inning to get the save. The River Bats are 5-13 and will host Rochester tonight at 7:05, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.
