Baseball Fans, Enjoy The Moment

The passing of Harmon Killebrew makes us all think about our own mortality and to focus on what we think is important.  Many Minnesotans remember the good times watching Killebrew play and many others remember meeting him and getting to know one of the nicest men in baseball.  The passing of Harmon made me think about something Kirby Puckett said, "Tomorrow is guaranteed to no one".  Live in the moment and enjoy what you enjoy.  If you are a baseball fan enjoy watching the Twins, the River Bats, Amateur baseball, college ball or youth baseball.  Enjoy playing the game because time goes by fast and it won't be long before you're only a spectator.  I enjoyed watching my son play last night knowing how quickly my time playing baseball was and knowing how quickly his time will be.  I will enjoy the moments watching him play and playing baseball with my two sons.  I hope you enjoy the moments of your life,  it's what seemed to make Harmon Killebrew the great man his was.
