The Twins are back in first place after posting a come from behind 7-5 win over Milwaukee Tuesday night. That coupled with Boston's 7-6 10 inning victory over Cleveland gives the Twins 1/2 game lead on the Indians in the American League Central.
Lynx Win at New York
The Minnesota Lynx won 89-73 at New York against the Liberty Tuesday night. Odyssey Sims led the Lynx with 17 points and Stephanie Talbot added 16 points for Minnesota. Napheesa Collier and Danielle Robinson added 14 points for the Lynx.

The St. Cloud Rox closed the regular season Sunday with a 16-9 win over Thunder Bay in Canada. The Rox scored had 2 big inning where they scored 5 runs in the 4th inning before posting 6 runs in the 7th inning.

Waite Park Baseball Eliminated
The Waite Park 11U youth baseball team lost 4-3 today to Winter Park in Florida in the 11U Babe Ruth World Series. The loss eliminates Waite Park. Waite Park won both of their pool play games 5-3 over Pensacola Bill Bond and the Palm Beach Garden Thunder 3-1.

Waite Park Baseball Falls in World Series
The Waite Park 11U youth baseball team lost 10-4 to Flood City today in the Babe Ruth 11U World Series. Games are being played in Jensen Beach and Palm City, Florida. Waite Park is still alive in bracket play and will play Winter Park at 8 a.m. Friday.
