WeFest Introduces Premium VIP Experience For Dedicated Fans

VIP TREATMENT IMPROVEMENTS MADE FOR WEFEST 2024

If you're a WeFest Groupie, and like the VIP treatment, you'll be in for a real treat this year.

WeFest has just announced that they are making some big improvements to their VIP experience:

VIP WEST BAR

The VIP's now have their own bars located on both sides of the stage. The tents will be located next to the stage behind the Grandstand.

VIP $5 COCKTAIL MENU

What? You're own cocktail menu? The VIP guests have let WeFest know that they want more cocktail options; so WeFest is complying. This will be in addition to complimentary Miller & Coors beer, Vizzy seltzer, and Mike's Hard Lemonade.

VIP CONCIERGE GAZEBO

Have concerns? This is your VIP one-stop shop for questions and concerns and it's located between the Sponsor Tailgate area and VIP camping.

IMPROVED LAYOUT

WeFest has improved the VIP EAST layout, and put asphalt under the large tent for better service and dining experience. Adding the VIP West bar will also help ease congestion in that area at the bar, but now they've also tweaked the layout of the food service area for better flow as well.

FAST LANE ACCESS

Who doesn't love the fast lane? WeFest has added Fast Lane Access for Premium Platinum, Platinum, and Prancing Pony members at both the East VIP Gate and between East VIP Hospitality and venue seating, making it easier to get back and forth.

VIP TICKET RENEWAL TENT

Finally, if you have the time of your life at this years event, don't leave without booking your 2025 experience. The VIP Ticket Renewal Tent will be in the East VIP Hospitality area. The hours to renew will be 10am through 5 pm Thursday through Saturday.

The VIP Experience now offers a next-level upgrade. The Prancing Pony Member Pass provides members with exclusive access to a covered rooftop lounge. Membership costs $750 for a 3-day pass. The Prancing Pony Member Pass will be a limited access option with a cap of only 90 memberships, which includes renewal rights for 2025:

WE Fest Backstage Tour (9:30 a.m.- 11:00 a.m.). This is free but requires registration. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Members will receive a link to register for this FREE experience.
