UNDATED -- A strong storm system will impact the region Tuesday through Friday with multiple hazards possible.

Thunderstorms are expected Tuesday evening and overnight, with a second chance for thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon and evening for eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Isolated to scattered severe storms will be possible Tuesday evening into Tuesday night from south central into east central Minnesota and western Wisconin.

Strong winds, large hail, and possibly a few tornadoes will all be possible with storms Tuesday evening.

The risk for severe weather with any storm on Wednesday is low.

Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph are expected across much of central and southern Minnesota Wednesday night into Thursday night. Wind gusts to 40 mph will also be possible Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

There is a chance for accumulating snow Thursday into Thursday night for central Minnesota.

So far this season, St. Cloud has had 48.5 inches of snow, which is 3.3 inches above normal.
