Taste Summer At The Benton County Fair FOR FREE!

IT'S SWEET CORN SEASON

Are you as excited about eating sweet corn this time of year as I am? Luckily for me, my father has a gigantic garden and I'll be able to taste some of that delicious sweet corn in about a week.

Until then, I'm constantly stopping at our local farmer's markets and have my favorite little local fruit and vegetable stand along Highway 95 on my way to Princeton.

But tomorrow is your lucky day. You can eat all the sweet corn your little heart desires at the Benton County Fair. Centro Sota is providing this year's Free Corn Feed. The corn feed will be taking place on Friday, August 2nd beginning at 3 pm.

Stop by and eat as much corn as you want! Whether you like it slathered in butter, or just straight up, come and meet your friends and neighbors. The corn feed will be happening at the Benton County Fairgrounds the Centra Sota tent.

Centra Sota is a local, member-owned agricultural cooperative that serves farmers, families, and communities throughout Minnesota.

Fresh sweet corn is never as good as it is this time of year, so don't miss your chance to meet new people and skip supper.
