We are all juggling a lot of things, which can be quite stressful at times.  Most of us feel we have too much going on to take time for ourselves. But, if we’ve learned anything in the last ten years or so, releasing that stress is important.  

I won’t lie; it’s been too long since I had a massage, and I began looking into places to get one. I quickly learned we’re blessed with places to choose from. So, I did what people do these days when trying to decide where they should spend their hard-earned money, I turned to Yelp.

According to Yelp, here’s the Top 5 places around St. Cloud to get a massage. 

Chang’s Massage in Waite Park- They offer traditional Chinese massage to work on the deep tissues of the body. J.S. said the staff was professional and did not rush through the massage. Annette from St. Paul said if you’re looking for the “all out” spa treatment, this isn’t your place. But if you want a no-frills massage that won’t break the bank, check out Chang’s. Five Stars on yelp for Chang’s.  

New Life Massage in Waite Park- Amanda says she’s had massages all over the country, and this was the best place she’s ever been to. Five Stars for New Life  Massage on Yelp.  

Grace’s Massage Therapy in Clearwater- Irma says this place is very clean and comfortable. She said Grace was friendly and helpful, and she would be back. Five Stars for Grace’s.

Lifeflow Massage & Wellness in St. Cloud- They specialize in Myofascial, Release Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki, Prenatal Massage, and Raindrop Therapy. Mark from Minneapolis says he took his wife’s hairdresser’s advice and booked a 60-minute massage. He said Tamera provided a friendly, comfortable experience and he felt better than he had felt in months. Five Stars for Lifeflow.

New Dragon Acupressure Massage in St. Cloud- Stephanie from Maple Grove says she had pain that radiated in her back and down her legs, but she left her appointment feeling 80% better and the next day she was completely pain free. Melissa from Graceville says that this is a simple place, but they’ll get straight to work. She didn’t even have to remove her clothes and she didn’t leave with oily skin.
