The NFLPA meets today in Washington and the Players could vote to approve a new collective bargaining agreement.  Some expected the players to vote on the proposal from the owners Wednesday but no vote took place.  If the players vote to approve the new CBA the owners could vote today in Atlanta to ratify the agreement.  24 of 32 owners need to vote in favor of the deal to ratify it.

Commissioner Rogers Goodell feels as though he has enough votes to approve the deal.  If the players and owners vote to approve a new CBA the 4-month long lockout would be over.  The Vikings are scheduled to report for training camp in Mankato on July 31.
