St. Ben's Basketball

The St. Ben's basketball team defeated Macalester 62-57 in the first round of the MIAC tournament in St. Joseph Tuesday night. Heather Gillund led the Blazers with 17 points and Amy Stifter added 15 points. St. Ben's is 20-6 overall and will play at #2 Concordia-Moorhead Thursday night at 7:30.

The St. Ben's basketball team defeated St. Mary's 83-56 Wednesday night on senior night in St. Joseph. Heather Gillund led the Blazers with 17 points and Morgan Dale added 14 points and 8 rebounds. St. Ben's shot 47 percent and St. Mary's was held to 29 percent. The Blazers are 19-5 overall and 16-5 in the MIAC.

The St. Ben's basketball team lost 72-58 at home to Macalester Wednesday night. St. Ben's trailed by 2 at halftime and the 2nd half was worse for them. Amy Stifter led St. Ben's with 12 points and Laura Canton added 10 points.

The St. Ben's basketball team downed Carleton 64-48 Wednesday night in Northfield. Heather Gillund led the Blazers with 15 points and 10 rebounds and Joelle Waytashek added 9 points for St. Ben's.

The St. Ben's basketball team lost to Bethel 52-48 at home Monday night. The game was tied at 19 at halftime. Heather Gillund led the Blazers with 19 points and 8 rebounds.

The St. Ben's basketball team saw their 11-game win streak get snapped Wednesday night when they lost to Hamline 77-58. St. Ben's trailed 38-30 at halftime and couldn't catch up in the 2nd half. Amy Stifter led the Blazers with 15 points and Heather Gillund added 14 points.

The St. Ben's basketball team defeated St. Catherine 90-50 Wednesday night in St. Joseph to get their 10th straight win. Amy Stifter led the Blazers with 17 points and Abby Richardson added 13 points.

The St. Ben's basketball team defeated St. Mary's 73-61 Monday night in Winona to earn their 9th straight win. The Blazers led 40-16 at halftime. Heather Gillund led St. Ben's with 18 points and Amy Stifter added 14 points for the Blazers.

The St. Ben's basketball team defeated Gustavus in St. Peter Wednesday night. Amy Stifter led the Blazers with 22 points and surpassed 1,000 points in her career.
