The St. Cloud State men's hockey team ran it's undefeated streak to six games and completed a weekend sweep with a 4-1 win Saturday over Bemidji State.

Freshman Kalle Kossila scored his twelfth goal of the season at 13:54 of the first period to give the Huskies a 1-0 lead. Cory Thorson and Nick Jensen were credited with assists on the goal.

The Beavers' Brady Wacker tied the game with under a minute remaining in the period with his second goal of the year.

SCSU freshman Jonny Brodzinski scored his team-high thirteenth goal at 5:45 of the second period, assisted by Nic Dowd and Jimmy Murray.

David Morley scored his ninth goal of the season with just under two minutes left in the second to give SCSU a 3-1 lead.

SCSU senior captain Drew LeBlanc scored the Huskies' final goal just twelve seconds into the third period.

St. Cloud State is now 14-5-1 in conference play (1st place) and will host the #1-ranked Minnesota Golden Gophers at the National Hockey and Event Center next weekend.
