People have been asking this question for years; Will Kwik Trip be coming to the Brainerd/Baxter area? We've heard about Kwik Trips expansions that include North and South Dakota, but the question of whether or not Kwik Trip will be coming to northern Minnesota has just been answered.

KWIK TRIP SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN SUBMISSION

Kwik Trip has applied for a site development plan review. According to the letter to the city of Baxter, the investment in the city would bring about 25-30 permanent jobs to the area, with an expected payroll of about $500,000 per year.

Where will the Kwik Trip be located? Kwik Trip wants to construct a
24-hour store at the corner of Edgewood Drive and Novotny Road, which is located just off of Highway 371 North.

The Kwik Trip will be like all of the other stores here in the Midwest, offering things like fresh produce, amazing bakery goods, fresh meat and grocery items, lottery tickets, hot and cold food items, hot and cold beverages, tobacco and alcohol, gas, diesel fuel, and more.

There will also be propane and ice chests, and daily deliveries to make sure customers are receiving the freshest products available.
