The St. Cloud Chutes eliminated Foley 13-0 last night in the Division I Sub-State 12 tournament at Champion Field in Sartell. Rudy Sauerer had 3 hits and 4 RBIs for the Chutes.
Huskies Blank Rox 6-0
The St. Cloud Rox lost 6-0 at Joe Faber Field to the Duluth Huskies last night. Duluth broke the scoreless tie with 5 runs in the 8th inning and added 1 run in the 9th. St. Cloud managed 6 hits and Dan Scheemann getting 2 of them.

The St. Cloud 76ers rallied from a 4-run deficit to beat Foley 10-6 in the winners bracket of the Sub-State 12 tournament at Champion Field in Sartell. The 76ers play Sartell tonight at 7pm in Sartell tonight.
Twins, Berrios Top Yankees 6-1
The Twins behind a 6-run 2nd inning defeated the New York Yankees 6-1 Wednesday to capture the rubber game of the 3-game series. Zack Granite had a 2-run single before Miguel Sano hit a 3-run home run for Minnesota.
Minnesota Lynx Rout Dallas
The Lynx improved to 16-2 yesterday with a 100-74 win at home against Dallas. The Lynx were led by Sylvia Fowles with 24 points and 12 rebounds and Maya Moore added 23 points and 9 rebounds.
Sartell’s Champion Field Is Getting Rebuilt
Champion Field in Sartell is getting $500,000 worth of renovations starting August 1, 2018. Jason Mathiasen from the Pine Cone Central Park Association board says construction on the field could not happen this year due to a lack of contractor available.
Orioles Down Twins 11-5
The Twins lost 11-5 to the Orioles at Target Field yesterday. Twins' starter Kyle Gibson lasted just 4-plus innings with 9 hits and 7 earned runs allowed to take the loss and drop to 5-7.
