The Twins beat the Rangers 3-2 Monday night in Texas. The Twins improve to 9-10 on the season with the win.

Minnesota trailed 2-0 heading into the top of the fifth inning until Rangers starter Martin Perez walked the bases loaded with two outs. Brian Dozier made Perez pay with a bases-clearing double to deep center field, making the score 3-2.

Phil Huges earned the win for Minnesota, lasting six innings while allowing just two runs on six hits.

The Twins will play at Texas again on Tuesday night. The game can be heard on AM 1240 WJON, with first pitch scheduled for 7:10 p.m.
