St. Cloud Chutes

The St. Cloud Chutes did not advance to the final eight in the American Legion Tournament, the St. Cloud Rox blew out Eau Claire for their fourth consecutive win, and the Minnesota Twins fell to the Cardinals on Friday.

The St. Cloud Chutes will meet Little Falls in the Sub State 12 American Legion Baseball tournament at Champion Field in Sartell tonight at 7:30. The Chutes beat Sauk Rapids 10-5 and Little Falls downed Waite Park 5-2 Thursday night.

The St. Cloud 76ers defeated the St. Cloud Chutes Saturday 9-1 to qualify for the Division I State American Legion Baseball tournament.  The 76ers will play at Hargis Park on the Bethel University Friday at 11:15am against Excelsior.  The winner of the game will play at 4:45pm while the loser would play an elimination game at 2pm Friday...

The St. Cloud Chutes eliminated Foley 13-0 last night in the Division I Sub-State 12 tournament at Champion Field in Sartell. Rudy Sauerer had 3 hits and 4 RBIs for the Chutes.

Sauk Rapids defeated the St. Cloud 76ers 18-3 Monday night in the St. Cloud Sub-District Playoffs. Sauk Rapids scored 12 runs in the 6th inning to put the game out of reach.

The St. Cloud Chutes lost 10-0 to Champlin in their first game at the American Legion baseball State Tournament in Eagan Friday. The Chutes won an elimination game 13-6 later in the day Friday.
