ROCORI defeated Simley 8-6 Thursday night to capture the Class 3-A State Consolation Championship at Caswell Park in North Mankato. The Spartans broke the scoreless tie in the 4th inning with 2 runs and then posted 6 runs in the 6th inning to lead 8-0.

ROCORI defeated Benilde-St. Margaret's 11-1 in 6 innings in the Class 3-A State Tournament consolation semifinals Thursday in North Mankato. ROCORI scored 2 runs apiece in the 1st, 3rd and 4th innings and erupted for 5 runs to put the game away in the 6th inning.

The ROCORI softball team is making their 3rd straight state tournament appearance at the Class 3-A State Tournament in North Mankato this week. The Spartans are 19-2, seeded 4th and will play 5th seeded St. Francis Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. in the State Quarterfinals.

ROCORI Softball is headed back to the state tournament after posting a 3-0 win over Hutchinson in the Section 8-3-A championship Thursday at Tech High School in St. Cloud.

The ROCORI Softball team lost 10-0 in 5 innings to top seeded Mankato East Thursday in the Class 3-A State Tournament quarterfinals at Caswell Park in Mankato. Mankato East scored 2 runs apiece in the 1st and 2nd innings and then 6 runs in the 5th inning to secure the win.

The ROCORI softball team is back in the Class 3-A state tournament this week after capturing the section 8-3-A title last week by defeating Sauk Rapids-Rice 6-0 in the section final.

The ROCORI softball team defeated Sauk Rapids-Rice 6-0 to win the Section 8-3-A title and advance to the Class 3-A state tournament next week. The Spartans improve to 14-9.

The Cathedral and ROCORi softball teams both lost in the consolation semifinals Thursday night in North Mankato at the state tournament. In Class AA Cathedral lost 4-1 to Maple Lake in the morning before falling 5-4 to Pipestone last night.

The Cathedral softball team is seeded 5th in the upcoming Class AA state tournament to be played this week in North Mankato. The Crusaders will play 4th seeded Maple Lake at 9 a.m. Thursday in the quarterfinals.

The Rocori softball team lost 10-0 in 6 innings to Big Lake and 10-3 to Brainerd Monday in the Section 83A double elimination playoffs. Katie Heinen was 2-3 with a triple and 2 RBIs for the Spartans. Rocori finishes their season with a 11-8 record.
