The ALDS series games both finished in dramatic fashion Wednesday night. The Yankees downed Baltimore 3-2 in 12 innings to take a 2 games to 1 series lead. Raul Ibanez pinch hit for Alex Rodriguez in the 9th inning and hit a solo homerun to force extra innings and Ibanez hit a solo homerun in the 12th inning to win the game. Chris Davis hit a 2-run single and Wei Yin Chen threw 6 1/3 innings with 8 hits and 1 earned run allowed to get the win for the Orioles.
