The Minnesota Wild topped the New York Islanders 6-4 last night. Eric Staal scored a goal and added an assist, and Luke Kunin and Zack Mitchell each scored their first NHL goals. Minnesota also got goals from Marcus Foligno, Jason Zucker and Jonas Brodin.

The Minnesota Wild won their 9th straight game 4-2 at Montreal Thursda night. No one scored in the first period but each team scored 2 goals in the 2nd.
