Sura’s 4 TDs Lead Johnnies Over Hamline

ST. PAUL -- The St. John's Johnnies got another outstanding performance from running back Sam Sura in a 41-21 win over Hamline University on Saturday.

Sura carried the ball 31 times for 177 and four touchdowns, including a 15-yarder that gave the Johnnies a 34-14 late in the third quarter.

Quarterback Nick Martin added a touchdown pass to Nick Simon and a late touchdown scamper by Antoine Taylor sealed the victory for the Johnnies.

With the win, St. John's improves to 4-1 on the season. The Johnnies will host Gustavus Adolphus for homecoming next Saturday.
