This Local Plaza Makes Breakfast Irresistible With Award-winning Rolls

Ooey, gooey, sticky, freshly baked sweet cinnamon rolls! Is there anything more appealing to the senses in the morning? If you are on the hunt for the state's best cinnamon/caramel rolls, a recent contest has just crowned where you can find them, and lucky for us, we don't have far to go. The Clearwater Travel Plaza took home the gold medal for cinnamon/caramel rolls, on top of some other awards!

Donuts As Big As Your Head!

The Clearwater Travel Plaza took home some awards recently as the 2025 Minnesota's Best awards were announced Sunday morning. Clearwater Travel Plaza took home gold for their caramel/cinnamon rolls, as well as a bronze for both breakfast and donuts. 

The awards are voted on by Minnesotans from across the state so winning an award is a pretty big deal, as well as knowing that others from outside the area are familiar with our slice of breakfast heaven, just off I-94.

Not Just Breakfast Being Served

While many know the Clearwater Travel Plaza for its breakfast items, the plaza is open for lunch and dinner too.
