News of a trade involving the Sacramento Kings and Minnesota Timberwolves spread Tuesday with the Wolves shipping former #2 overall draft pick Derrick Williams to the Kings for Luc Richard Mbah a Moute.

Mbah a Moute is a 6'8" 230 forward known for his defense. He averages 4.4 points per game with three rebounds and less than one steal per game. Mbah a Moute is in his first season with the Kings after five years in Milwaukee.

Williams was drafted second overall by former Minnesota General Manager David Kahn in 2011, but never blossomed as a pro. He has averaged just 4.9 points per game while seeing very little time on the floor.

The Wolves host Denver Wednesday night at Target Center.
