The Minnesota Timberwolves struggled to keep up with the Blazers Saturday night in Portland. 

The Timberwolves fell to 7-22 on the road this season with a 109-94 setback against the Blazers on Saturday night in Portland. The Wolves are now ten games out of the Western Conference's eighth and final playoff spot with only 26 games left to play this season.

Derrick Williams had another strong game for Minnesota with 23 points and eight rebounds. Ricky Rubio continued his recent streak of great games as well with 12 points, nine rebounds and nine assists.

The Wolves host the defending NBA champion Miami Heat on Monday night at Target Center (7:00 PM, AM 1390-The Fan).
