The Minnesota Wild continued their strong start to the season with a 3-2 overtime win over the Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Wild are now 10-3-2 on the season.

Jason Zucker scored a pair of goals, including the winner in overtime, and now has five goals on the season. Thomas Vanek scored his third goal in the past two games to give him seven on the season.

Goalie Devin Dubnyk made 37 saves to earn the win for the Wild, who will take on the Western Conference-leading Dallas Stars Saturday night in Texas. The game can be heard on AM 1240 WJON beginning at 6:45 p.m.
