The Minnesota Wild erased an early deficit and surged to a 5-3 win over the Dallas Stars at Xcel Energy Center in game three of their Western Conference playoff series.

The Stars scored on two of their first three shots of the game in the first 4:10, but Minnesota gained some momentum at the end of the first period when Chris Porter scored with less than a minute left.

Erik Haula and Jason Pominville scored second period goals to give the Wild a 3-2 lead heading into the third, and Pominville and Mikko Koivu each scored in the third to give the Wild the win.

Game four is scheduled for Wednesday night at the X, with puck drop scheduled for 8:30 p.m. The game can be heard on AM 1390 The Fan beginning with the pregame show at 8:15.
