The Minnesota Wild topped the Nashville Predators in a sloppy game Saturday night in Tennessee.

The Minnesota Wild managed only one goal once again in a road game but snuck past the Nashville Predators 2-1 in the shootout Saturday night at Bridgestone Arena.

Zach Parise scored the Wild's first goal on the power play halfway through the second period on a redirection of a Ryan Suter wrist shot from the blue line.

Nashville tied the game on a power play goal from David Legwand early in the third period.

Matt Cullen and Mikko Koivu converted goals in the shootout to give the Wild the victory. Minnesota is at home Sunday for a game with rival Vancouver.
