The Minnesota Wild beat the Calgary Flames 5-3 Wednesday night at the Saddledome. The Wild have now won back-to-back games for the first time since December 28th and 31st.

The Wild jumped out to a 3-0 lead with first period goals from Erik Haula and Jason Zucker, then got a goal early in the second from Mikko Koivu.

The Flames responded with a pair of goals, including one that deflected off of Matt Dumba's face into the back of the net, but Jason Pominville scored toward the end of the period to make the score 4-2 after two.

Calgary again responded with a power play goal with just over four minutes left in the game, but Charlie Coyle's empty net goal sealed the win for the Wild.
